ICON provided a full turnkey solution from shell and core, working hand-in-hand with Yorkshire Housing and design partners to bring the vision to life. The fit-out was delivered sustainably, respecting the existing Glulam frame construction while achieving the client's environmental targets.
Packed with unique, imaginative features, the hub includes functioning waterfalls, bespoke cave wall installations, and even a fully functional kitchen built inside the shell of a Yorkshire Housing van.
