In the industrial heart of Orpington, we were once again commissioned by Magnet to undertake the Fit Out of their new showroom. This case study explores how Magnet turned this white box into a high-end, luxury kitchen showroom that has become a design inspiration for homeowners in Orpington and beyond.
The brief was to create a luxuriously modern, inviting, and innovative showroom that would put Magnet’s latest range in the spotlight. A premium Fit Out for a premium product was the brief. The incorporation of a Magnet Trade division added complexity to the design and construction.
The challenge for the ICON team was the extremely tight programme. We would lean heavily on our bespoke construction software to overcome this challenge and ensure maximum efficiency.
The finished product is stunning and received phenomenal feedback from our valued customer, and even their customers too. Intense planning, organisation, and transparency of information through our bespoke project management software were all to thank for completing this project in such a short space of time. Not forgetting the efforts of our dedicated teams and supply chain of course. It truly was an example of what can be achieved when all parties are pulling in the same direction.
