Services We Offer

CAT A

CAT A Fit Out is a standard level of commercial interior construction that prepares a floor plate or commercial space ready for a CAT B Fit Out. It typically includes the essential infrastructure and basic finishes necessary to make a space functional, but it does not include the specific interior design or decorative elements that would be included in a CAT B Fit Out.

CAT A Fit Out provides a blank canvas for tenants to customise according to their specific needs and preferences. ICON would typically work with landlords to refurbish their buildings to provide a CAT A space ready to lease to potential tenants.

CAT A+

A CAT A+ Fit Out is an upgraded version of the standard CAT A Fit Out in commercial office space. While CAT A Fit Outs provide the basic infrastructure and finishes necessary to make a space functional, CAT A+ Fit Outs offer additional enhancements and improvements, often including some level of customisation, making them more ready for immediate occupancy by tenants.

CAT A+ Fit Outs strike a balance between the simplicity of CAT A and the fully designed CAT B Fit Outs. CAT A+ spaces provide great opportunities to potential tenants who are looking to move fast, often referred to as plug and play.

CAT B

A CAT B Fit Out refers to the interior design, build, and customisation of a commercial or office space to meet the specific needs and preferences of an end-user customer. CAT B Fit Out projects are entirely bespoke to the end-user, making every project unique. No two CAT B Fit Outs are the same and this is where our decades of experience shines through. Our ability to solve unique challenges efficiently and effectively will de-risk your project from the outset.

The key to a great CAT B Fit Out project is ensuring that the end result directly supports the end-users long term business goals. As a result, we find it the most rewarding in terms of customer engagement and making an impact. CAT B Fit Outs typically include ceilings, partitions, flooring, decoration, MEP alterations, bespoke joinery, audio-visual (AV), data, signage, and corporate branding.
